After Dinner Verdict

Dad plating dinner.

Dinner on the plate. Pork chop crusted in dijon, bread crumbs, and pine nuts. And the side is Granny Smith apples, plums, and pomegranate paste. Or something like that... I should get Dad to post this stuff, but I doubt he would.
